yes....u will require W-2 forms for H1 stamping and its compulsory that any employer should provide the W2 form whenever requested by the employee....so ask your ex employer for the W2 form..... ATB....

i don't knw wht ur situation is but 3 employers ki hand ichav ante u might have gone thru real bad problems...

I faced the same situation with an ex-employer he mailed my w2 to an address he had on file, so I could not retrieve it.
I had to call IRS to give a duplicate transcript of my total wages for that particular year. So better call IRS to at least get a transcript.
