YSR is a 'Badmash' who backstabbed me : G Venkataswamy

Congress senior leader from the Telangana region, G Venkataswamy (Kaka) is known for his on and off relationship with the ex CM of Andhra Pradesh Dr YS Rajasekahar Reddy. When YSR was alive he was at loggerheads with the late YSR one day and the very next days both the leaders used to hug each other. After YSR admitted kaka's son into the AP cabinet, many thought that G Venkataswamy would forget his everlasting anger on the ex CM.

But it looks like that is not the case. Today speaking at a function he came down heavily on the ex CM. So much so that at the function he described the late YSR as a 'Badmash' and a 'Backstabber'.

Reason? Kaka says that the late YSR promised that he would name the Pranahita & the Chevella projects after G Venkataswamy. But in the end they were named after Dr BR Ambedkar. So that is the reason for his rant.

After the attack on the late CM, he also issued a subtle warning to the Congress High Command. "If the High Command does not heed the wishes of the Telangana people then they would face the wrath from the people" he said.
