PR ki apply cheyyali ante..minimum 5 years continuous ga undaali...aa years undakunda konni visas rules change chesaru.. for example Tier 2 ICT.....there are other visas..which still allow to stay 5 years and get eligibility..andhuke..ae visa no correct ga thelisthe use untundhi..otherwise..no use ..

The equivalent H1B visa in the u.k is called Tier 2 general visa. H4 equivalent is called Tier 2 dependent visa. Tier 2 visa holder ...only aa visa sponser chesina company ke work cheyyali. Adhe Tier 2 dependent visa holder ae company kaina work cheyyochu. Technically, Tier 2 dependent (H4 equivalent ) visa is more powerful than the Tier 2 (H1B equivalent) visa when it comes to working and changing the companies.
