Vegetables: Include one cup each with lunch and dinner. Restrict using roots and tubers regularly

Green leafy vegetables: Eat thrice a week

Milk and milk products: Choose skim milk for preparing tea, coffee, curds .Include 300-400ml everyday

Oil: Change your cooking oil every month or use a combination from gingelly oil, sunflower, safflower, rice bran, groundnut or corn oil

Oil and sugar: 2-3 tsp per day

Drink at least 2-3 litres of water everyday

Raw salads: Include for at least one meal a day

Eggs : At least 2 whites for a day (Avoid egg yolk)

rice stop chesi 7 kalla dinner cheyyandi....it helps a lot....

mrng egg whites okate eat....

brocoli and carrots are vey good against fat and colestrol.... consume more water

and weekly 4 days 45 mins/day excercise......stop fried food....stop cheese.....roti and dal with out thalimpu helps for both luch and dinner

ee brocoli pachidi tinaala? adi koddiga bhayam ga undi...carrots aithe tineyochu,,,more water ante oka 3 liters/day saripova?

egg yellow fat...its not at all......thaggali anukune vallaki

brocoli boiled thinte better steam cook....salt konchem add chesukuni

water antava 3L shd be fine....

thaggataniki tread mill and cycle...gradually thaggithe better hadividi padipoyi 3 hrs excercise bayakaramaina diet lu chesesthe malli volu vache chances ekkuva untai.....

thalipu contains oil........dal is protein again :)

another good thing is short meals is always good....every 2 hrs ki konchem thinatam....appudu ediaina thinochu kani manam luch chese content lo less thhan 10% mathrame thinali...

chala vaarietys thinochu fruits nd veggies also u can add as a meal

fruits kuda evening nunde thinakudadhu... thats not good for health.
