Hi,

Which is good to eat and contains proteins in Egg ...as most of Gym Trainer Suggests that eat White part only ! why so ?

brocolli water lo padeyyi konchem salt vesi stove on chesi 10 mins lo done add some pepper to it ...

insted of thamipu eat a slice of cheese which gives u enuf calcium along with necessary fat



tradinally eating a spoon of ghee evryday is good,....kani scientifically they say fat

ya slice of chese will give u calcium.. ghee tinoddu antaru kada..since it contains cholestorol... because adi manam gadda kataka vedi chesi malli kariginchi chestuntam ga daily basis lo..so not good antaru mari
