as per my view .... tell me why do you need to sign the agreement? If he paid for your training or accommodation first ask him how much did he spend for your training .. ask him to cut that money month-month from your paycheck(most of the training wouldn't cost more than 1000 bucks)., and go for % based 80-20% .. not for package this would benefit you ...

Non Compete Non Solicit agreement. It really doesn't matter if you work for a different client with your new employer. But same client dhagara work chesthe through different employer issue avthundhi. Different client aithe kanuka mi employer mundhe paina cheppinattu chimpi padese.

OPT la pichha lite..legal ga proceed aitha antaru...blackmailing thappa em peekaleru..worst case la proceed aina vaadi arguement valid avvadu..evidently he will be on the losing side..frnd di same scenario..court lo case ante company ke bokka paddadi...
