first of all andariki thanks ... for all your suggestions which were really helpful to me in getting thruough the interview ...

nenu unde hotel lo ninna net full day down unde anduke update cheyaleka poya ....

So here is the process it went ..

we were 2 guys attended the interview on 23rd and there were 2 other guys who went for today ... almost andaridi approve ayindi ...

My exp :

My appt was at 10 but i was at the embassy by 8:45... as usual intaku mundu andaru cheppinattu first DS-160 confirmation and passport chusi .. mobile lantivi emina unte locker lo pettamani...line lo wait cheyali ..

next he will let u in 10-20 mins ..

next is security clearance .. just like airport checking type ...

you will be given a token number at the first counter and we need to wait our number to be displyed on the screen so that we can go to the different flr(dont remember the flr num) with guards ...

vellaaka .. mana Karna mama cheppinattu ... fingerprints tisukone pilla pilustundi and as he said "dont tempt" pilla maatram super ga undi .. asalu ade interveiw tisukunte bagundanipinchindi ..

inka tharuvatha mana same token number interviw kosam announce chestaru or it will be displayed on the screen...


so when my number was called at Counter # 5 ...a white middle aged guy .. was looking a bit moody but he was cool... e tellodu manatho maatrame ala unnadu but inko chinki paapa tho matram tega sollu 10dengadu le ...anduke cool antunna ...

Mine is EVC model...

VO : not even said Hi .. direct qn'ing - how long hav u been with current employer ?
Me : from such a long time .. i was with same emplyer from 3.5 yrs .


Vo : who is ur end client?
Me : yes, XXXX is my end client

VO : do you have reference letter from ur end client ?
Me : yes , i do .. gave it to him ..

VO: from how long hav been working with the client ?
me : xxxx years ..

VO : cleint location and do u lv n work in the same location or any virtual office at employer's office ?
me : said i wrk in the client's location and we set up conferenc call or some times web meetings and more or less virtual office setup.. if it requires i would travel based on the nessasity of work to employers location.

VO: who were u working for before this client and which location?
ME : YYYY client name and location

VO: were u ever on bench in these many years?
Me : never on bench ...(i was on one month bench but that was 1.5 yrs back so the VO dint ask much abut it)

VO: does ur emploer pay on time .. any issues wit him ??
me : no issues .. pays on time..

VO: how about ur MS .. where did u graduate from ?
me : from ABC Univ in QQ state... manam

oka client letter tappa oka document kuda chudaledu ...

VO was looking at my DS-160 i guess... was cross cheking with what i have mentioned ... and asked me to keep my hand for finger prints .. and YES i was pretty much confident by that time ... but was waiting to hear from him .

and finally he said 'your VISA is approved' you would be receiving a mail and the details will be in this ani oka paper icchadu...



2nd guy on the same day ...

this guy's case a bit different ... he is not MS student .. H1 B renewal lo .. some 6th year lo unnadu .. inka anduke chala tensed ga unde candidate ..

and andukunnatte chala ante chala qns adigaru .. i dont remember all the details but so far naaku telisi this is what VO has asked him ..btw, its the same guy who interviewed me ..

1. Client details
2. All year W2's
3. Done MS in US .. as he has not .. next aseked y did u come to Canada ?
4. Is your GC process triggered ?
5. Why have you moved with different emplyer ?
6. why dint go for stamping in these many years ? -- this guy has come after 5 years ...

inka konchem tricky qns bagane adigadu bhayya's but this guy was in total nervous and naaku anni half half share chesadu ... full details inko thread lo vestha ..

Here comes the 3rd guy on 24th interview...

EVC model ..

Counter # 4 -- Lady VO

Questins :

1. Verified his LCA, I-129 and pay stubs
2. why did you change your employer from XX to YY and why moved back to XX ..any specific reason ?
-- he said due to some benefits and H1 filing he moved back to same XX employer

That's all ..same golden words .. your visa is approved...

e candidate ayite full tension party ... but manage chesadu bagane ... cos he was in EVVC model but EVC model la client toni mangae chesi letter tisukunnadu ....

so this is the story ...
