Nenu L1 nunchi H1 ki move ayyanu this October1st for an employer in fixed salary mode. Inka project emi raaledu naaku. Maa employer 12 months salary ni 13 months kinda divide chestha antunnadu...e.g naa yearly 90k aithe ippudu ade salary ni 13 months ki antunnadu.

What are the options I have to handle payroll issues
1. Nenu October 1st nunchi 12th varaku vacation ani cheppi pay roll run cheyyakunda vundocha?
2. Enni days H1 meeda payroll run cheyyakunda vundochu?

12 months 13 months gurinchi no idea.....but neeku lca midha unna minimum pay run avvali.......


1)yes u can....i guess u need to have a written proof of vacation...
