edisav_edava Posted October 25, 2012 Report Posted October 25, 2012
vaade book authadu. Alochinchandi, Bonded labor entha thappo thakkuva jeethaniki.
non compete agreement ki bonded labor ki sambandham ledu... non compete agreement says tha u cant work for 1 or 2 years for the employers clients. customers, vendor or whomsoever they have done business with them after termination.. this would be the sample for non compete agreements.... this is no way related to bonded labor....bonded laor ante u cant leave the employer and go to another company..... but if u sign non compete agreement, u cant go to the employers clients. customers, vendor, etc..but u can go to another employer not related to the current employer
