143Hyderabadi Posted October 25, 2012 Report Posted October 25, 2012 HI Guys, I want to change the employer and join in capgemini as full time.Is there any contract that exists between vendor and client ..that will not let me join capgemini.Also there is one capgemini guy recently joined my team.I don't want to change client..Also please tell me how is work culture in capgemini and salary stuff.Please help me guys. Thanks
Chimidi_Mukku Posted October 25, 2012 Report Posted October 25, 2012 Usually Consulting companies have an agreement with their vendors that after 6 months they can hire the resource full time. Check with Account manager of Capgemini to verify that. So that shouldn't be a problem. If your employer has non-compete agreement which you signed, you may be sued by your employer. Check your employment agreement that you signed. Basically I hate Desi consulting companies. Also I might not be right person to give any feedback on company I haven't worked for.

[/quote] Shouldn't be a problem with your employer. But current vendor may make a big issue with client.. Check with Capgemini and current vendor. If they both agree to it.
