Most of the funds allotted to state spent in Telangana region.Also most of the districts in andhra rayalaseema are poorer than telangana districts.

I dont understand what the hell is that 610 GO.Any one in the state can work any where in state infact country.then how the hell they will ask people from kosta ,rayalaseema not to work in their state capital.Again what the hell is Gentle men agreement..?Does it hold any value in contemporary context..?

In india Govt jobs are gived based on regional basis, its the law, even in the present "contemporary context".
