nee rating and performance ni batti apprisal istaru . nee job level ki bayata entha istunaru and mee company lo entha istanru ani compare chesuko.

If manager say this is what you get , defend it by saying i did this work ..etc .

Already munde oka appriasal form fill chesii rating ichkunnanu, so e roju ma team lead tho jargindi one to one meeting. Ma team lead mana medha baga nammakam vundii... nen '4' out of 5 rating ichukuntee '4.2' kii penchii higher authority ki pampinchaduu...


So manager's tho repu vuntadii inko meeting...
