Raghu Yandamri stated that he is not a US Citizen,so US government don't have right to sentence.

If he wants to transfer the case to India, is it really happens?!!!

Actually he commited the crimes in USA and the police have arrested him on US criminal procedures/ penal codes. How they are going to transfer the case to India and how the Indian penal code applicable to him.

say in case of abu salem India din have one but signed later thus he was brought back to india
