Otherwise, he or she should be answerable to the people who had voted for him,” he said.[/size][/font][/color][color=#3F3F3F][font=georgia][size=4] Interestingly, he said the same rule would apply to megastar Chiranjeevi as well. “He owes an explanation to the people as to why he had merged his Praja Rajyam Party with the Congress. He should take steps to prevent exodus of party leaders,” he said.[/size][/font][/color]
