u can unlock ur iphone 4s , U need to buy unlock code from ebay.com , it takes around 12-15 hrs and cost around 6-7 $ . it works and i did that .Just follow the Instructions.

I did unlock my previous iphone 4s from at&t for 18$ in Minneapolis,MN and he did factory unlock. I sent it to INDIA and my brother is using with out any problem and upgraded to iOS 6 with out any problem.
