Is there any one using a cloud server.
If yes can someone suggest me a vendor, with max uptime and lower billing please.

Boss i am not looking out to build a website.
Basically am looking for a server to train students.
I am from India.

Also i would like to know about the licensing part of the apps which i gonna install on the VM , if i go for one.
