Opt Card Doubt

Friends, How long will it take to get the OPT Card(if I apply in this month) from the date of application? Thanks
Also, is there any way I can expedite the process?

opt ki apply chese mundu priority date application submit cheyali.
appude nuvvu opt ki apply cheyachu.
uscis chairman ki 200$ transfer cheste(only in bofa). he will expedite process.
