Always plan your travel after your OPT is approved.

If I am in a case of planning to Travel after graduating.. I will wait for my OPT to be approved.
I will join some consultancy and update that employer information in my school as per the OPT Rule of update your employer detials within 90 days from the start date of your OPT.

Take the travel I-20 and then leave the country until its not an emergecy..

OPT start / end lo travel anedhi eppudu taking some chances, if you are going without an employer,
they can simply tell you to go back to India as you alreayd finished your Graduation in this country. you can appply for some internship back in your homeland on the education you had here ani kuda antaaaru..

So always make sure you had an employer on your Opt I-20 if you plan to travel outside the country and inform you school atleast some 20 -25 days ahead of your travel date.

OPT days enni days lopu start avvali,.... .enni days lopu nuvvu Job lo join avvali.. nee OPT start avvakunda travel chesthey.. velley time lo I-20 meeda emi raastaaru ilanti questions anni adugu..

my best bet is always take the offer letter from the job offer stating that you are employed and update the details in the school the start date of your new job before you leave the country..

what expedite. tokka.....tolu ..each application will be processed with in the given time..even if you are brother of a US president...take it easy..apply timely..

aa i-20 nee OPT Application kosam. I-20 eppudiana Application maatramey.. please amke sure you keep that original I-20 with you. for all future purposes.
