better to call them again, explain that you have spoken to your colleague already ani..... and if it is getting same issue, then ask them to book through phone for same deal and flight...

If you are booking online this shud be the case. Otherwise you have to go thru travel agent...dats it...

BTW Please don't book for Air-India. Personal exp. Wost of the worst.....in evrything
