if your employer runs the payroll now, you want them back dated ? or u want to know if the dates can be back dated ?

u changed ur employer 7 times right....u didnt know that??

anyways, ur employer can run the payroll late...but if ur on h1 ..ur payroll has to run for all the days in the year except if u take any sick leaves or so....

any amount greater or equal to amount specified in ur lca if ur h1 is filed....as ur still in opt...min or max amount anedhi emi ledu
