it doesnt matter even if u change more than 10 or 20 also employers while on h1....only thing needed is ur should have proof that u worked with that particular employer or at least paystubs to prove urself....other than that....no issues/..

but once h1 transfer ayaka...when u apply gc..its not good to change employer even though people say gc is for future employment....the person applying gc has to be trust worthy if any queries comes or any other issues arise....
