Job Offer...help Please

Hi All,

I got an offer from a small american company (kind of [b]implementation partner[/b]) where the employees are less than 10.Owner of the company is my old collegue.Do i need to reveal that i have done masters to her or not.She said that she is gone sponser visa to me.I am on H1 B .I didn't started my GC process yet and i didn't went for stamping yet.Can you guys tell me pros and cons of joining the company.

will i have any problem becuase they don't have any history of filing visa's.

You cannot hide anything from your employer, so better say them that you have done MS.
Also very imp make sure GC EB2 lo file chesataro ledho ani.

evaranna H1b vallu already unnara a company lo?
usually chinna companies ki valla attorney undadu...So ask details of Attorney and enquire about them.

GC file chese tappudu company history kooda importnat anukunta ..company will have a limit of turnover that they have to show as a proof of their economic profitability. also they might have to provide a proof of number of employess that are working under them, each employee who is working under them and are being sponsered for a GC from the employer should atleast meet the states salary requirements. ila konni unayi mama ivanni choosko
