avi kooda same procedure vuntay .. but website ki connect cheskune appudu connection strings marathay as far as i know .. don hav much knowledge on those.. we use mysql database ... :|

if u know how to create a database using sql and webpages using simple html then u can try hosting a webpage with database connection on your localhost. To do so, u need phpmyadmin, an interface to access DB and free wordpress blog, to host your webpages
