bro, MA is a very expensive state... I lived there for 2 years almost.... there nobody will come forward to setup manufacturing factories.. all MA consists is IT, financial sector, expensive and high level colleges etc.., the US jobs data will consider manufacturing jobs with very high weightage .. thats y MA ranked low in the last 4 years.
