join use cheyyala leka result set ni table 3 tho compare cheyyala like select * from resulset where customer_id in (select customer_id from table3 where date > @date) ani

so which one will be best option?

i guess it will give you exact solution what you required ...join badhulu sub query use chesthunavu antay difference ...but joins are effective and faster compared to subquery..
