H1 Transfer .... Help Please

Hi All,

I want to transfer to small american company(actually small implementation partner).Company has no history of filing visa's.I will be like 3rd employee apart from the Owner and her husband.Will i have any problem in transfering the visa.What are pros and cons of applying Green card from such a small company.Company also does some outsourcing work to india.Please provide me some suggestions.

Yesterday i thought 10 employees.eeroju matlada company owner thoni.She said 2 employeers currently herself and her husband.please help me.
