H1B Extension In Risk - Need Immediate Job For Qa/ba

Na I94 April 1 2012 ki expire ayindi and my extension was filed on Mar 29th.
Madyalo RFE padindi and I submitted all docs by Aug 15. But apati nunchi status review loney undi.

Na employer emo , nenu 240 days from i94 expiry (which will be Nov28) varakey US lo undali..taruvata India ki vachey antunadu.
Vaalu premium ki kuda agree avatam ledu.

Attorney ni kalustey immediate ga H1 transfer ki apply chesuko antundi..

Naku 5 years QA experience undi..I can also work as a BA.
1 year programming skills (C# & VB.net) unnayi..

There are few chances that I may get I94 with this transfer, ledu antey I need to go out of country and come back with new I94 anta.Even then, adi kuda parvaledu kada.

but 240 days tarvatha....country vadili vellalani ledhu anukunta...uscis website lo chusava? maybe ur employer gave u wrong info...u just need to stop working after 240 days if u still didnt recieve nay decision on ur petition..and this will be conidered as overstay.....

Yes, as per USCIS rules, I can stay but cannot work after 240 days.
But na employer, organization rules oppukovu, India ki vacheyali antundadu. If I have to disobey, I need to resign.
