neelo stuff unte April 2013 lo H1 apply chesi aagutaru next Oct varaku. i have seen such cases. ventane jump kottataniki nuvve emi cheyyalevu. if they have branches outside of US, you can join their branch in another country immediately (assuming visa for that country can be gotten within a month) and get transferred to US branch by Oct 2013. I have seen these cases too
