once you click on BOFA/CITI/AXIS bank payment options, you will see a form with reference number. someone in india should go to the BOFA/CITI/AXIS with that form containing the reference number. then once the payment is made, they will give you the receipt number. it should most likely get updated in the website after 3-6 hrs or so.
