I don't understand one thing. As a die-hard cricket of India, I would like my team to win any trophy it may be a Word cup or the Hong Kong sixes tournament irrespective of the tournament we play in. Time & again I see the selectors not sending players like Yusuf Patan, Robin Uthappa, Praveen Kumar, Binny etc who are capable of winning the cup for us. Now one gets a doubt what are all these players doing during a period time when there are no first class matches held in India. Instead, I believe players of this caliber should be sent for a tournament which lasts just for 2 days.

Along with the fun aspect these 2 days of cricket provides us, there is a good amount of cash prize readily available if you win it. For instance, look at the Pakistan team which includes the likes of Umar Akmal, Kamran Akmal etc good international players & we not even sending Ranji standard players.


PS : OCT 27, 28 is the 2-day period when the Hong Kong Sixes tournament was held. And we had our Ranji tournament starting in the Nov 1st week. I pity the Indian board, & feel ashamed at the dismal performance of our team time & again in this tournament. RIP the Indian street players @ the Hong Kong Sixes tournament. Fukc offff
