actually edo untundhi kada formula....

X/Square root (X2 + Y2) = t/ Square roon(t2 + Y2)

but.. daaniki evo conditions untaaya ani kuda doubt undhi... taking angles into consideration
ya dis formula is crct and i dont think angles need to be taken into consideration

t/x = sqrt(t2 + y2)/ sqrt(x2 + y2)
Idhi workout avutundha?

ee Formula? Do we need to have any condition?

Point 1: First thing X and Y arbitrary aythe you must specify condition X>T .

Point 2: maths properties vunay Similarities of traingles ani Angle side angle,AAA,SAS avi..apply cheyi....

similarity of trainlgles apply chesthe you can get the ratio of noth hypotenuse and hence the equation/realation between them.....
agreed

X / Y = t / Y

X / Y = t / Y
both r crct , naku thelisi no conditions

conditions 90 degress okati common, ah " y" common..... inko side x and t looks similar... so SAS tho ah formula correct

ala aithe for example,

(70,5) anukundaam X and Y coordinates

70/Square root ( 70^2 _+ 5^2_) = t/ Square Root ( t^2 + 5^2)

70/ Square Root ( 4925) = t/ Square Root ( t^2 + 5^2)

4900/4925 = t^2/(t^2 + 25) -- Squaring both sides

4925/4900 = 1 + 25/t^2 (Inverting both sides and dividing)

25/4900 = 25/t^2

t = 70

ani vastundhi akda ala aithe.. even though if we have X > t??

Was I doing something wrong?

X / Y = t / Y

Atla etla avuthadi bhaya... Here he is saying t is a part of X kada...

I guess we can solve wid pythogerous theorem:

((X-t)+t)2 + Y2 = (Sqrt of x2+ y2)2

t=+ or - 70 kadha...... so t = -70

Deeni konchem expand chesthe...

(X-t)^2 _+t^2 +2 (X-t) t + Y^2 = (Sqrt of x2+ y2)2

X^2 _+ t^2 -2Xt + t^2 + 2Xt - 2t^2 + y^2 = (Sqrt of x2+ y2)2

X^2 _+ Y^2 = (Sqrt of x2+ y2)2

t asalu akada discard aipotundhi kada....

y in terms of t rayali first .....for that u need hypotenuse which is unknown too
u can akkada 90 degrees kada angle 3 sides values vunnai in terms of t and y.

Similar triangles condition cheppa I .. yaa these are not similar.

Aa chinna triangle ni kindaki tippitho right angle triangle aithe

(t2 + y2)2 + (x2 + y2)2 = (x + t)2
