Dui And H1B Stamping

I am tensed ,i got a week ago and had a plea bargain deal and now on court probation for 3 years.I currently on H1. Planning to go for 1st stamping in Canada.I came to know that if you have a DUI you cannot enter cannada. can anybody throw some light on this.Had any body here had a similar situation...

221G paduthundi stamping ki velthe...wil refer to a hospital...akkada u need to take health checkup they wil submit report directly to consulate then ul get ur H1 approved....make sure ur court case is not pending

you fall under CImT. neeku visa cancel chesi, 90 days deportation jail and deported.

now you just need to wait for ICE to contact you for deportation.

you can just stay till they meet you. You wont get next H1 extensiion or any visa according to CImT

if you leave country without completing probation, you will get warranty on your name. If you are felony, redcorner list lo nee name vunchuthaaru, you cant travel anywhere. chaala risk lo vunnavu bhayoo

Nadi unsupervised probation anna and I can leave and come back when ever . nenu oka immigration lawyer tho matlada lite ga ..vadu emmnadante DUI is not CMIT ....malli kotta doublu penchuthunnaru endi anna

DUI probation lo unte you cant enter Canada.

Apart from Canada you can travel any where.
