H1 Stamping Help ..pls

I have stamping on 18th dec and was ready with documentation. Now there is re-org in my company and managers and team changed. Though client doesnt give client letter i had conv with immigration dept and past manager that client cannot provide letters without RFE. Ippudu new manager asalu a conv email lo ivvu ante i think i am not supposed to do that antunnadu. He apparently doesn't even know me well and is not helpful. Ippudu pata documentation to velthe any problem? Embassy nunchi call vaste old manager ki if he say i am not current manager will i be screwed? Punch line is old manager is out of country till jan 1st to even think that way. Please give me some suggestions.

kotha vadu mental vadu...email ,sametime ki respond kadu + IM always DND mode lo pettukuntadu. He works in different state to even drop by his cube. email lo cheppadaniki kuda i cannot give client letter ani he says i am not supposed to do that asalu vadiki h1b idea undo ledo i doubt it
