Question About H1 Application In April

Hi Guys,

nenu prastutam OPT extension lo unnanu ( which will expire in June 2013). I know that we need to apply H1 by april 2013.

But naku currently job ledu.. Next year by what month do i need to get a job and get my pay roll running in order to have better chances of my h1 application getting approved.

JANUARY? FEB? MARCH?

( or say nake enni paystubs undali h1 apply chesetappudu??).
