You might find that even before you can fully realize your potential, you are over the hill. The quest for money and power comes to us all at a cost of our time, health and life. How do we balance the equation ?

As mentioned by world famous author Robin Sharma in his famous book The Monk who sold his Ferrari, even people in the ancient times knew that one could only measure one’s success with the youthfulness of life.
So perhaps it’s time now for us to look deeper inside to tap into our deeper (avoid two deeper in one sentence) selves and get something truly magical into this lifespan.
One‘s state of mind is determined largely by one’s physiological balance of life. A large (or just Many of us) number of us could be undergoing a mid-life crisis. Many of us reach out to spirituality for comfort from stress. Another lot of us like to absolutely swear that the thirties are the new twenties despite everything. Still others reach out to the bottle to calm down.
Here are some positive ways by which you can revitalise your strength and vigor and revive your body fitness to what nature had originally intended to.


[b]Go Bicycling[/b]
Get a bicycle; you could rent or buy a second hand one. Go for a small ride around a park or a playground. Breathe in. Take in the surroundings. If you have pain in your joints then go for a brisk walk instead. But go out and breathe in an open space.

Join a soul music class, sing along and get your body chakras in rhythm. You will be re-energised and ready to take on anything.
[b]Go Bananas[/b]
Eat bananas. A banana has all the nutrients of a balanced meal. And if you can drink coconut water then that’s really great for your bod. These two are the best for digestion and coconut water also possesses skin toning agents far better for us than cosmetics.
[b]Try Trekking[/b]
Trek challenge you. Find someone who likes the outdoors as much as you and go trekking. You can either take your friend on a field trip or go climb a new mountain or just do a long walk in a jungle retreat.
[b]Hunt for a Beach[/b]
Speak to your friends this weekend. Locate the nearest beach in your city. Water is soothing and helps harmonise your outer visage with the inner being.
[b]Shake a Leg at a Party[/b]
Get out of your comfort zone. Smile and make someone happy! When you smile you exercise 18 muscles in your face.Show them you’re pearlies.
