Ans : He has given the DS-160 appointment letter and H1B expalining that, i got all these from USICS and confirmation for the appointmen based on the qualified documents so how it could not present in your syste.

Ater looking at the pay stubs for last 6 months,
VO : Why there is a lot of fluctuations in they pay , why is is not consistent .. could you explain why there is variation as in one month there is increase in $2k from standard pay and in another month it is below the avg amount mentioned as per the salary?
Ans : As i am a full-time employee for this XXX(employer) i got hike based on the perfomance in that month and hence there is variation.
It seems like VO was no convinced with this point.
VO : can you show me any proof of documentation supporting your explanation from your employer?
Ans : No document.
VO : we should require to contact your employer for the supporting document proving the fluctuation in salary , after once we verify we will update you so that you can come back n drop off your passport ani anni docs including pp return iccesindi...

VO's tingari question : so when are you planning to go back to US and how will you go?
Ans : how can i go with invalid visa, i have to stay here until it is approved rite.

this is what mentioned in 221g :
on the first optioin where it requires proof of employment from employer, she wrote a note that : "specifically documentation expaling fluctuating salary - how are you paid, why high increase in salary every year etc ".
and at the end of the page in 'Other' : "contact employer regarding petition in the system, needs to be uploaded" -- this is PIMS verification so will done in few days.

according to DOL...lca regulations prakaram there must be a fixed salary or $/hr paid to the employee for that job......and strongly % basis midha isthunnaru ante its illegal as far as i know....
