Dont say this... Paystub lo total number of hours mention chesi vuntai... You cannot say that you worked extra hours unless you have more hours in your paystub

Maa employer applied for H1B this year april...got approved ....LCA lo 60k Mentioned Cheasadu ... Kaani na Pay 85k vundhi for this year...will this create problem later ?

u said the other way round...lca lo unna wages kanna takkuva pay chesthe illegal...ekkuva pay cheyyach....but lca just mentions the minimum wages to be paid for that position....in that jurisdiction...

it can be based on what the offer letter has.....

im in creating confusinon on the term 'fixed salary'..its actually prevailing wages for that job in that area(state)....so u can hget paid more than lca pay but not less than that....
