ne yenki......seffa ga......healthy food tinu....fibre food...alaga.....dani kosam separate diet avasaram le......

will give u an idea

morning breakfast .....milk with muesli.......

lunch --- 3 rotis with more sabzi....less oil

a fruit for sweet tooth

evening snack any fruit

dinner milk with oats ......n if needed more an apple or orange ,

with 5 days a week gym ........ela cheyyi......u will be fit.....nee weight ki muscle develop avutundhi

gym chesthe rojuki 5 egg white tinu 3 in breakfast n 3 or 4 in dinner.....

slow ga pani chestundhi.....bt its healthy.......i did it tooo

food habits change chesukunte alavatu aipothundi. I don't feel like eating junk food anymore.

Excessive fat kada bhayya so easy ga tagginchagaliga. Okavela muscle fat anuko ipudu 150 nundi 140 or taggali ante chukkalu kanipistayi.

- I want to aviod sunny delight orange juice ( I dont like eating oranges) but SD has lots of sugar epudu sugar lendi good healthy orange juice brand chepu

1st daniki answer - Oranges konuko and Juicer konuko... nuve pindukuni tagu.
2nd daniki answer - Telvadu.. banana lo ekuva sugars untayi antaru. So Banana thinna kani rojuki 1 kante ekuva thinanu.
