I am in the same process.....Only potta tagali almost tagipoyindi....Night matram ...1chapati....tintunanu anthe.......Bat=yya chepinatlu Oats with Milk tagadam strat cheyali.....India Footunna inkaa naa pani assame ...ekada agutaru intlo vallu malli position modataki vachela undhi ....

Inkaa roju abs excercies chey bayya.....

Naa badha entante oka 2-3 weeks sariga follow ayi excercise chesi ...happy ga mirror lo chuskuntunte mast anipistadi hamaya ..life long ela unte baguntadi anipistsadi....edo thokalo film ki veladam...night vachetapudu vadhu anukuni kuda Biryani ki tempt ayi oka packet tinta ..mrng chusukoganee....Malli Potta vachinatlu kanipitadi ......

morning 2 chapathis with curry or 5egg whites
Kooli pani (sprint warehouse) ki pongane iga start chesthunde water thaagadam...pani kooda g***abalga untunde anuko ...so water very important if you want to flush out fat from body.
Afternoon 2 chapathis with same either curry or egg whites.
Job Kelli vachaka 1 1/2 hr work out chesthunde.
Dinner bichaponlekka thinaale..so nenu 1 appilce kaaya,1orange lu,konni grapes thintunde.
Weekend lo oka dinam no diet...full thaagudu at hooters or at home and full thindi.
Gatla kashtapadthe 34 pound Lu thaggina ..
