Morning oatmeal with whole milk.[b][color=#ff0000] daily Carrot juice with whole milk[/color][/b]. Evening 6 lope thinestunna dinner. Inka akalesinapudalla Apples or other fruits... (except bananas)

Evening cardio daily chestunna.

I was 210 lbs on 20th of July, 1st of November I am 150 lbs.
