I found the following while trying to schedule my H1B visa interview... Please comment if any of you guys have already seen this. URGENT!!!!

Please answer the following questions to determine your eligibility to for our Interview Waiver Program.

[b]Eligibility Criteria for all applicants except child below 14 years and applicant above 80 years of age: [/b][/font]
[font=inherit]•[font=inherit] [/font]I received my visa after November 1, 2008.[/font]
[font=inherit]•[font=inherit] [/font]I have a previous U.S. visa in the same class as the visa for which I wish to renew;[/font]
[font=inherit]•[font=inherit] [/font]My previous visa was issued in India;[/font]
[font=inherit]•[font=inherit] [/font]I have no refusals for a visa in any category after my most recent visa issuance;[/font]
[font=inherit]•[font=inherit] [/font]If I am applying for a B1/B2, C1D, F, or J visa, my prior visa in the same classification is still valid or expired within the last 48 months;[/font]
[font=inherit]• If I am applying for an H or L visa, my prior visa in the same classification with the same petitioner is still valid or expired within the last 12 months.[/font]
[font=inherit]•[font=inherit] [/font]My prior visa is not annotated “Clearance Received”. [/font]

Ippudu mee status enti? If you are F1 -> H1 first time, obviously you can't do this.

If u going H1 stamping ....


• I received my visa after November 1, 2008. - [b]check u r passport[/b]

• I have a previous U.S. visa in the same class as the visa for which I wish to renew - [b]H1 extn aythe Yes or else F1 aythe need to check[/b]

• My previous visa was issued in India - [b]U have to answer, I think Yes[/b]

• I have no refusals for a visa in any category after my most recent visa issuance - [b]Yes[/b]

• If I am applying for a B1/B2, C1D, F, or J visa, my prior visa in the same classification is still valid or expired within the last 48 months - [b]?[/b]

I am applying for H1B visa extension second time...
First extension ki visa inperson attend ayyanu... 2 days back kooda ee option ledu. This looks new and need some input.....

I changed my employer. So my new H1B petition is filed by my new employer. Should that mean i have attend to visa interview
