Question About India Trip In Extended Opt(F1-Visa Expiring Jul2013)

Hi,

I am planning for an India trip in this December. I am working as a SAS consultant in my extended OPT. My OPT is valid up to 2014 JAN. My F1 visa is Valid up to 2013 JULY. Now my question is, will there be any problem for me while coming back to US in January 2013?

I am planning to apply for my H1 in 2013-APRIL(that is after i return from India).

Thanks for the reply. So will they ask any questions at port of entry? What documents should i have with me while coming back?

Even I went to India during OPT Extension. Nothing to worry. The questions they ask is to show OPT I20 , they may ask which university you are going and when did you last attended the college.
