I am going through same process...manodu desi kadhu IT consultancies tho H1 chepiyyanikee....so no other option...he has to go for F1 by this he can buy some time...and once he gets his job his H1 can revoked at any point of time...

he can go for any univ and he has to apply for Spring 2012...which will start from jan 2 week....if he is lucky enough to get job before Jan 2 week and get his H1 transfered he will save Sem fee if not....sem fee manadhi kahdu anukovali!!!!
