Adigithe idi cheppadu. Yearly gross mida depend avthundi tax... not on bonus. Bonus ki seperate tax undadu, W2 paina yearly income( monthly pay + bonus) mida tax untundi

I did not opt for this bonus system. Vade edo constant income la untadi prathi paycheck lo, same amount. Good for you for Visa n stuff ante ok anna.
