On top of that mana valla extra compensation kinda inkoncham tisukuntaru. Add the Shares awarded to them as part of the job compensation. Of course u can say that these compensations are common for every employee in that position. But its their performance and the results in that role matters. At the end of the day, their compensation package depends on how well the company is doing. if it is doing really well, majority of the compensation can be realized in terms of the (intangible) share value. Those CEO's are so clever. Just because they are not in this list doesn't always imply that they are underpaid than their counterparts.
