Another famous File Diff tool with great UI is Kaleidoscope App. Until now it was missing File merge feature and folder diff. Yesterday Blackpixel announced Beta version of the application v 2 for a discounted price $35. Also comes with a 15 day trial period. Give it a try if you like it, you may consider buying it.
