H1 B Packet recive ayyyi.. aa Rcpt number raaganey colleg eki poyi .. CAP GAP ki apply cheyyi.. Appud umee school lo Designated School official { DSO } ./. international Students Advisors ni same questions adugu. inka.. Veelitehy Try the new H1 with a Diff employer. In my case.. naa OPT last roju H1 kosam Apply chesthey.. College lo kanisam CAP GAP I-20 kuda ivvaledhu.. But I worked with pay slips until Septemebr 25th..with H1 B appplication. The day my H1 was rejected.. I was removed from my Employer.. I joined a new School as a student and got a new H1 filed in the next month..and got it approved in 15 days.. so nee rejections ki n ee next H1 ki asalu sambandam ledhu.. if u had a good client letter and ur employer had a clear history.. i hope this clears ur doubt..
