dollar vora Posted November 23, 2012 Report Posted November 23, 2012 Review: 0.5/5 I wont try to hurt disappoint you but one should think why this movie was delayed, was it just the funds or is it because the distributors who watched the movie were sure that this one is not a good bet?...well i really think the later is correct. I watched this movie and came to a big surprise how a hero like Nag has accepted for the story and proceeded with it. I wonder if it was projected in a different way and was actually shot in a different way. The movie lacked everything in my view screenplay was poor, directing was poor, music did not sound as a good melody to ears either. Comedy was okay but was not upto the mark. I will give you a little feel of the movie... First you are shown something about the universe and how it was formed, how the asura's(ade vayya raakshashulu) were killed by gods. Some priests performing some rituals down on earth for a event that occurs once in a lifetime and at that time our heroine anushka is born...and the priests say she is a blessed child. Jeeva assistant of the vilan the last asura who managed to escape and goes to hidden mode is woken up. The villan is told to marry our heroine and giver her as bali to gain control over the universe again, the vilan is happy. Now Jeeva tells him about someone who can be a possible obstacle for him, which is our hero who is a devotee of lord shiva by birth. Hero's family is being killed by the vilan while they return from kaasi, the vilan thinks he also killed the hero who is a 12 year boy then. But the hero and his sister manage to escape. After 20 years.... Heroine entrance..this was a little good here....then a robbery and Nag comes in to help the goons who rob.. and then ends up in a brawl with them looting them of the cash which they robbed and giving it charity(which i should have done without going to the movie). Nag's entrance was Okay may be a good one for fans but for a me its a normal entry scene for every hero in TFI as they are projected to be the perfectionist in every movie. Now the Sakkubai song, this song seemed as a 5 mins torture for me...being an item song the maker's failed to get a good item...charmi was dud and was not at all fit for that role. Her costume's were over and she looked fatty the expressions were sleaze which failed to tickle the mind of viewers, the song and charmi both were really unnecessary. Charmi looked the worst in all her appearances made in all films. Now the hero continues to try curing his sister who was badly hurt in the childhood accident and is paralyzed and in that way he meets up Anushka in the hospital and they become good friends. Also i forgot a point earlier, after the childhoood incident our hero who was a devotee of Siva becomes an aesthetic and starts cursing shiva thinking he did this to his family. The movie goes on with some comedy b/w nag,brahmi and other comedians. Nothing was that interesting. Definitely the comedy was not rib tickling. Then our hero meets with a big accident yet again and shiva come's down to earth himself to save our hero. It is prakash raj who played lord shiva. Again the costume's were dud here prakash raj's costume failed to put in the required power to the character as lord shiva. Then things go and the vilan starts his attempts to marry Anushka. Kill's the person who anushka is supposed to marry and enters his body. Heroines father comes to know about this and being attempted to be killed by the vilan and he also becomes paralyzed in this attempt. Now this blame is being put on Nag, how Nag comes of it and handles the situation is what that forms the rest of the story. There are few other things which i have missed which are not so interesting or i forgot to include. Totally the movie was a dud for me. I was waiting to get out of the movie. Acting wise Nag was as usual Anushka was also same. Prakash Raj was snot used fully. The guy from the Angrez was good in the -Ve role. Brahmi, MS and others were just okay. They were not used to their extent. Graphics was not mesmarizing. I dont know why it would cost 40 crore. One Line Review : The movie might be a exciting for fans but not a good movie for people who go to watch the movie with good expectations.
