[b]Performances:[/b]

[b]Nagarjuna:He played his part very well,he gave apt performance,better care on his character could have given him more scope to perform.his diction style and mannerisms remind us of "hello brother"[/b].[b]there is no need to specially mention about his looks/physique.[/b]

[b]Anushka:Though she has importance in the story, she has nothing great to do performance wise.[/b]

[b]Other artistes:Dubbing artiste ravi shankar was terrific as evil andhakaura,with perfect diction and voice he is huge plus point to the movie.Prakash raj was apt.Ganesh venkatraman made his presence felt.[/b]
[b]Jeeva and devan were okay.Brahmi and krishnbhagawan and co comedy track was adequate.Other artistes were okay.[/b]

[b]Technical Department.[/b]

[b]Story -Screenplay-Direction:Director sreenivasareddy known for comedy movies,for the first time got a chance to direct a big budget socio-fantasy.Story was fair .Screenplay is too good for first 20minutes,director was very much successful in establishing the characters/plot.After the hero's entry movie gets into routine telugu cinema format with a comedy episodes which are partly succesful.with these ups and downs movie takes to the interval aghora fight scene which could have been much better.But in 2nd half film picks up momentum after the entry of ganesh venkatraman and last 30 minutes are too good.there by sreenivasareddy has done a fine job could have done much better with more care on romance track and hero-villain track.[/b]

[b]Other technical departments.Dialogues were fine.Chota k naidu's camera work was good.\[/b]
[b]Devi sri prasad is one amongst the show stealers of the film.songs are good though placement for the duet songs is not good. But DSP'sBackground score is just terrific especially in the last reels of the film.[/b]
[b]Editing is not upto the mark especially in 1st half.[/b]
[b]Visual effects are excellent.art work was fine and fights are okay.[/b]

[b]Analysis: Dhamarukam is a socio fantasy movie with all commercial elements.Stunning visual effects supported by well enacted technical departments,good performances,screenplay(though dull at places)are the plus points of dhamarukam.Where as a better care on romance track,hero-villain scenes could have added more depth to the film.[/b]
