You get these head ache because of too much stress and hereditary. 3. Okasari vachina taruvata below are the precautions you have to take a) keep your diet strictly timely. Untimely tinte attack avutundi.. don't stress yourself toomcuh c)water baaga taagu d) gym/exercise ki vellinappudu carry water.. migraine unte, konchem running cheyyagane eye vision blur avvadam etc jarugutundi.. Just keep things normal especially diet and stress..you will be good..

[/quote] exactly... migraine usually attacks when your brain and stomach ki gap vachi... like you are hungry but you didn't eat in time... and you are not hungry but ate some nonsense stuff.. for me if i eat pop corn, chocolate nonsense i usually get mild migraine... and some kind of stress or some nausea due to riding roller coasters or some extreme actions activities.. exposing to cold... etc etc..... ivanni pakkana pedithe.. if you do eat in time and do some yoga.. migrane raadu...
